摘要
为了减少缸盖生产从气道设计开发到铸造加工之间各阶段易出现的一致性偏差,使缸盖涡流具有更好的一致性和均匀性,借助工业CT扫描、三坐标等工具精确地定量分析评价缸盖铸造质量,对影响缸盖涡流的各种因素进行识别,发现缸盖进气道位置偏移是造成涡流强度一致性偏差的关键影响因素,通过试验、CFD模拟等手段研究铸造偏差对进气道流通能力的影响规律、改进优化铸造工艺,使得量产缸盖涡流强度的一致性偏差达到设计要求。
In order to reduce the deviation ol consistency from design and development to pro-duction ol cylinder head at each stage ol casting,so that the cylinder head has better consistency and uniformity ol the swirl ratio. With industrial CT scanning,three coordinate tools,cylinder head cast-ing quality was accurately analyzed and quantitative evaluated. To identify the factors that influence the swirl ratio,found the intake port's position offset is the key factors causing the deviation ol the consistency of the swirl intensity. By means of simulation test,CFD casting deviation rule and influ-ence on the intake port's flow capacity ol the improvement and optimization during casting process, make the production ol cylinder head consistency to meet the design requirements.
