摘要
本研究以TBD234V6型柴油机排气温度过高的故障为例,分析所有可能的故障原因并按照系统部件归类,根据故障现象从两个方向梳理了诊断思路,并且在尽量不拆卸部件的情况下快速地找到故障原因。实践证明该诊断方法能够提高故障排除的效率,具有一定的实践指导意义。
Using model TBD234V6 diesel engine as an example, all the failure causes ol the ex-cessive exhaust temperature were analyzed and were sorted out by system component. According to the phenomenon ol the fault, the diagnosis was combed from two directions. The failure causes were identified quickly without disassembling the parts. It was proved that the diagnosis method could im-prove the efficiency ol failure recovery, and thus has certain practical guiding significance.
