护生对老年医疗照护态度及相关因素回归分析

The regression analysis of nursing students' attitude and related factors

目的了解当前护生对老年及老年医疗照护的态度,为高校护生培养、医疗照护机构人员招募及我国老年方面政策提供依据。方法以预调查修订问卷后,分层随机抽取闽南三地区护生共1 348人作为研究对象,采用老年医疗态度表(GAS)、护生从事老年照护工作意愿及影响因素自制问卷,共两部分进行调查。结果护生对老人及老年医疗的态度中消极占51.8%,积极占48.2%;年级、与老人一起居住的经验、毕业后可能从事的工作、毕业后可能去的地区工作4项比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);运用多元回归分析,老年人一起居住过的经验、毕业后可能从事的工作两项与老年医疗照顾态度相关(P<0.05)。结论现阶段护生对老年医疗照护的态度整体呈中立趋于消极状态,知识度及老年人接触经历有利于改善护生老年照护态度,建议可通过开展"同理心"情景模拟教学,强化各形式老年相关课程,多开展老年志愿服务活动来提高护生未来从事老年照护职业的意愿度及自豪感。

Objective To understand nursing students' attitude towards the elderly and elderly health care now,and to provide the basis for college nursing students' training,the recruiting of medical care personnel and policies of our country on elderly health care. Methods By revising questionnaires,stratified the number of 1 348 nursing students from three districts by random chose,used the elderly health attitude table(Geriatrics Attitudes Scale,GAS) and investigated the elderly care nurses willingness and influencing factors by conducting a self-made questionnaire in a total of these two parts. Results Protection of life for the elderly and the elderly health attitude the ratio of negative to positive is 51.8% to 48. 2%. Using cross table chi-square test in nursing students' grade,the experience of living together with the elderly,the expected job and the working areas after graduation. All of the four difference sides( P <0. 05). Using multiple regression analysis, the experience living together with the elderly, the job after the graduation may engage in these two factors are related to the elderly health care attitude(P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing students' attitude towards the elderly health care is neutral, evennegative on the whole at present. The degree of education and experience contacted with the elderly can be beneficial to improve the nurses' attitude to elderly care. The essay suggested by conducting the "empathy" scenario teaching to diversify the forms of courses related to elderly,conducting more volunteer activities to improve nursing students, intention and pride in elderly health care.
