独立学院法学专业实践教学路径探析——基于“应用型法律人才”培养视角

Practical Teaching Path of Law Majors in Independent Colleges Based on Cultivation of "Applied Law Talents"

"应用型法律人才"的培养是我国独立学院法学专业的人才培养目标,要求学生掌握"听""说""读""写"等四种能力,实践教学开展的成败是实现这一目标的关键所在。目前独立学院法学专业实践教学的开展存在培养目标不清晰、学校重视程度不够,开展条件较为缺乏、课程体系建设滞后等问题,需要在教学目标的明确、教学条件和设备的保障以及教学体系的构建和完善等方面进行改革,培养合格的符合社会需要的"应用型法律人才"。

The cultivation of ＂ applied legal talents＂ is the goal of personnel training in the independent col- leges in China. It requires students to master ＂listening＂ , ＂speaking＂ , ＂reading＂ and ＂writing＂ abilities. The practical teaching is the key to achieve the goals. The practical teaching in independent colleges is not efficient enough. The curriculum system construction is lagging behind. We need to reform the of teaching objectives, teaching conditions and the equipment to improvee the teaching system, so as to train qualified legal talents that meet the needs of society.
