基于建筑节能的高层住宅建筑设计探讨

Building Design of High-rise Residential Building Based on Building Energy Saving

随着时代的发展,城市的高层建筑数量与日俱增,随之也带来了巨大的建筑能源消耗,究其主要原因是在进行建筑节能设计时存在部分缺陷和问题。拟从高层住宅建筑规划设计、空间设计、维护结构设计和环境设计出发,探讨建筑节能绿色环保的设计方案,以期获得良好的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。

With the development of China＇ economy, more and more high-rise buildings in cities are built, but there are some problems in building energy-saving design. From the perspective of the space design of high- rise residential buildings, the maintenance and structure design, we discuss design of building energy-saving sys- tem to obtain good economic, environmental and social effect by making out a better environmental protection de_ sign for high-rise buildings.
