基于进口方式的区域技术创新研究

Regional Technological Innovation Based on Import Trade Mode

鉴于2012年开始专利技术授权量增速的放缓,进口结构在2012年也发生了较大的变化,使用江苏省2000-2014年的时间序列数据,根据Cobb-Douglas生产函数构建技术创新函数并有效验证了进口贸易的正门槛效应。在此基础上分析了各类进口贸易方式对技术生产函数影响机制,通过Var模型进行对加工贸易、一般贸易和设备进口贸易的研究分析,得出江苏省在进口加工方面对技术创新有促进作用而在设备进口方面是抑制作用。

In view of the slowdown in the growth rate of patent technology license and the changes of import structure in 2012, with the time series data of Jiangsu Province from 2000 to 2014, we construct a technical inno- vation function according to Cobb - Douglas production function and validated the positive threshold effect of im-port trade. On this basis, we analyze the mechanism of the impact of various types of import trade on technology production function the processing trade, general trade and the equipment import trade. It is concluded that there is a positive effect on technological innovation in import processing trade in Jiangsu while in the equipment imports the effect is inhibited.
