基于目标策略的针对性护理对宫外孕保守治疗患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

Effect of targeted nursing based on target strategy on treatment compliance and quality of life of patients undergoing conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨目标策略的针对性护理干预对宫外孕保守治疗患者依从性及生活质量的影响。方法:选择我院2014年9月~2017年2月宫外孕保守治疗患者126例,随机等分为常规组和策略组,常规组给予常规护理;策略组在此基础上给予目标策略的针对性护理干预,比较两组患者治疗依从性,护理满意度及护理前后生活质量情况。结果:策略组患者治疗依从性及满意度高于常规组(P<0.05);护理后策略组SF-36评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:目标策略的针对性护理干预可提高宫外孕保守治疗患者治疗依从性、护理满意度,改善生活质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of targeted nursing based on target strategy on treatment compliance and quality of life of patients undergoing conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods：To selected 126 patients who received conservative treatment for ectopic pregnancy from September 2014 to February 2017 in our hospital,and randomly divide them into regular group and strategy group.Routine nursing was given in the routine group,targeted nursing intervention was given in the strategy group based on the target strategy as well as the routine group,and the treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results：The treatment compliance and satisfaction of the strategy group were higher than those of the conventional group（P〈0.05）.The SF-36 score of strategy group after nursing was higher than that of routine group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Targeted nursing intervention based on the target strategy could improve the treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients undergoing conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
