全方位舒适护理模式在手术室患者中的应用效果

Application effect of omnidirectional comfort nursing model in operating room

目的:探讨全方位舒适护理模式在手术室患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年3月~2015年7月在我院行手术治疗的患者60例作为对照组,采取传统手术室护理干预;选取2015年9月~2017年4月在我院行手术治疗的患者60例作为观察组,采取全方位舒适护理模式。对比两组患者应激指标变化情况、焦虑状况、术后舒适度及护理质量。结果:观察组患者入室后心率、收缩压及舒张压检测值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的术后舒适度高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组各项护理质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室患者中应用全方位舒适护理模式,能够提高护理服务质量,并可明显减轻患者术中应激反应,显著缓解其焦虑状况,促使患者舒适度得以提升。

Objective：To explore the application effect of omnidirectional comfort nursing model in operating room.Methods：A total of 60 patients undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the control group,and received traditional nursing intervention in operating room;another total of 60 patients undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital from September 2015 to April 2017 were selected as the observation group,and was treated with omnidirectional comfortable nursing model.The changes of stress index,anxiety,postoperative comfort and quality of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results：After entering the operating room,the test values of heart rate,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The postoperative SAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The postoperative comfort in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.All the nursing quality scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of the omnidirectional comfort care model in patients of operating room can improve the quality of nursing service,relieve the stress reaction during operation,relieve the anxiety and promote the comfort of patients.
