前瞻性评估结合分级预防对急诊抢救室危重患者新发压疮的预防作用研究

Study on the preventive effect of prospective evaluation combined with classification prevention on new pressure sores in critical patients in emergency rescue room

目的:探讨前瞻性评估结合分级预防对急诊抢救室危重患者新发压疮的预防作用。方法:选取2016年1~12月我院急诊抢救室收治的危重患者240例,将其随机等分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者进行常规护理干预,观察组患者采用前瞻性评估结合分级预防干预,比较两组患者压疮危险程度、压疮发生率与护理满意度。结果:观察组患者压疮危险程度低于对照组(P<0.05),新发压疮率低于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅱ度压疮发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),患者在压疮预防知识宣教、压疮预防效果、护理舒适度方面满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:前瞻性评估结合分级预防能够有效降低急诊抢救室危重患者压疮危险程度与发生率,抑制压疮进展,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective：To explore the preventive effect of prospective evaluation combined with classification prevention on new pressure sores in critical patients in emergency rescue room.Methods：To select 240 cases critical patients admitted to our emergency room from January to December 2016,randomly divide them into observation group and control group.Patients in control group were given routine nursing intervention,patients in observation group were evaluated by prospective evaluation combined with graded prevention intervention,and the risk of pressure sores,incidence of pressure sores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results：The risk degree of pressure sores in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the incidence of new pressure sores was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of degree II pressure sores was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction scores of patients in pressure sore prevention knowledge propaganda,pressure sores prevention effect and comfort degree of nursing were all higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Prospective evaluation combined with classification prevention could effectively reduce the risk and incidence rate of pressure sores in critical patients in emergency room,inhibit the progress of pressure sores and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
