以MEWS为指导的无缝隙护理干预在院前创伤救护中的应用

Application of seamless nursing intervention guided by MEWS in pre-hospital trauma and rescue

目的:探讨以MEWS为指导的无缝隙护理干预在院前创伤救护中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2014年9月~2016年9月收治的164例严重创伤患者为研究对象,采用入院顺序单双号法将其等分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用以MEWS为指导的无缝隙护理干预。统计并比较两组院前救治时间、现场救治至转运到医院时间、院内救治时间,并对比两组救治成功、致残及死亡率和护理满意度。结果:观察组院前救治时间、现场救治至转运到医院时间、院内救治时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组救治成功情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以MEWS为指导的无缝隙护理干预可缩短院前救治时间、现场救治至转运到医院时间、院内救治时间,提高救治成功情况,且护理满意度高,为临床护理研究提供一定参考依据。

Objective：To explore the application effect of seamless nursing intervention guided by MEWS in pre-hospital trauma and rescue.Methods：To select 164 patients with severe trauma admitted to our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016,and divide them into control group and observation group by odd and even-number hospitalization order method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with seamless nursing intervention guided by MEWS on the basis of the control group.The pre-hospital treatment time,on-site treatment to transfer to hospital time and in-hospital treatment time were counted and compared between the two groups,and the treatment success,disability and mortality and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results：The pre-hospital treatment time,on-site treatment to transfer to hospital time and in-hospital treatment time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the success rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）;and the nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The seamless nursing intervention guided by MEWS could shorten the pre-hospital treatment time,on-site treatment to transfer to hospital time and in-hospital treatment time,improve the success of treatment,and enhance nursing satisfaction,and provide certain reference for clinical nursing research.
