摘要
2017年8月31日,民航局在上海启用国内首个民用无人机试飞运行基地,上海开放空域200平方公里供民用无人机飞行。这凸显了无人机媒介对城市"通达"的积极意义。无人机是勾连城市网络的重要媒介,从观视网络、物联网络到数据网络上实现了城市的"通达"。从无人机的城市传播实践来看,无人机媒介借助数字技术与无人机技术的结合,将城市传播网络节点转义为"数字机器",从网络功能、网络结构、网络要素等方面推动着城市网络的数字化转型。
On August 31,2017,Civil Aviation Administration of China launched China’ s first civil UAV testflight center in Shanghai and opened airspace of 200 square kilometers for UAVs. It is to emphasize the UAVmedia’ s significance for urban communicativeness. As an important medium to connect urban network,theUAV helps to make a communicative city through the network of seeing,the internet of things and thenetwork of data. From the perspective of urban communication,the UAV transformed the nodes of urbannetwork into digital machine by means of the combination of digital technology and UAV technology.Moreover,the UAV promoted the digitalization of urban communication network in terms of network function,network structure and network features.
