摘要
【目的】对近几年来走马胎化学成分的研究进展进行梳理、归纳,以期为走马胎的进一步研究、开发、利用提供参考。【方法】主要对2006-2016年中国知网、万方、重庆维普等中文数据库与Web of science,Pub Med等英文数据库,以题名或关键词为"走马胎"和/或"化学成分"进行检索,整理、总结近10年来有关走马胎化学成分及其药理的研究文献。【结果】走马胎主要成分是三萜皂苷类,此外还有香豆素类、甾醇类、酚类等成分;走马胎根茎中齐墩果烷型三萜皂苷类化合物具有抗肿瘤作用,岩白菜素类化合物具有抗氧化作用。此外,走马胎提取液还具有抗血栓的作用。【结论】目前走马胎的活性成分研究部位主要集中在根茎,果实与叶子的活性成分研究尚少;对走马胎化学成分的研究主要集中在三萜皂苷类的分离与鉴定以及抗癌活性筛选,对其他类化合物和生物活性比如抗炎镇痛等方面研究尚少。【建议】加强走马胎叶子与果实的活性成分研究,以便阐明其传统利用的合理性;进一步加强研究走马胎的化学成分及其药效机理,为从现代药理学角度阐明民族传统医药知识的合理性奠定基础。
【Objective】In order to promote its further study,it's of great importance to summarize the progress of the research on chemical components and pharmacological activity of Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf.【Method】The literature review of the related research in the past decade is done,using keywords"Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf"and/or"chemical components"via databases like CNKI,Wanfang,Web of science and Pub Med Database from 2006 to 2016.【Result】The main components of Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf are triterpenoid saponins,and it also includes coumarins,sterols and phenols; in its rhizome,while bergeninum compounds have antioxidant effect,Oleanane-type triterpenoid saponins compounds have anti-tumor effects.In addition,extracts of Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf have anti-thrombosis effect.【Conclusion】Research about chemical components of Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf mainly focuses on rhizome rather than on leaves and fruits; research on its chemical components mainly focuses on isolation and identification of triterpenoid saponins besides anti-cancer screening,but still less is research on things like functions to relieve pain and inflammation.【Suggestion】The following researches should be strengthened: on its active components of leaves and fruit so as to lay a foundation of rationalizing its traditional use; on its chemical constituents and pharmacological mechanism so as to rationalize its traditional medicine knowledge in the per-spective of modern pharmacology.
