摘要
论文通过阐述保障性住房档案定义与类型,研究保障性住房的建设情况以及档案管理存在的缺陷与不足,并提出了有效的规范化管理策略。此次研究以保障性安居工程档案的规范化管理策略为目的,提高保障性住房工程档案的管理水平。
Paper explores the definition and classes of archives of low-income housing, studies the construction situation of affordable housing and the disadvantages of its archive management, then puts forward effective and standardization management strategy. The purpose of this study is researching the standardization management strategy of the archives of low-income housing projects, to improve the level of the archives management of the affordable housing.
