摘要
论文通过分析新疆阿克苏西部电厂人才流失现状和原因,提出完善电厂人才管理机制和建设人才生态环境的举措,从而更好地稳定和使用现有人才,缓解企业人才流失之痛,保障企业的长期存续发展。
This paper analyzes the present situation and reasons of brain drain of Akesu west power plant in Xinjiang, puts forward the measures to improve power plant personnel management mechanism and construct a talent ecological environment, to better stabilize and use existing talent, to alleviate the pain of enterprise brain drain, guarantee the long-term development of enterprise.
