摘要
近年来,汽车行业的发展为我国的社会经济建设做出了巨大的贡献。作为确保汽车行业稳定发展的重要保障,汽车研发企业人力资源管理的水平对于企业的发展具有重要影响。在服务型制造战略的影响下,对人力资源管理提出了更高的要求。因此,论文对人力资源管理与服务型制造的关系进行了分析,并对服务型汽车研发企业现存问题展开研究,进而提出几点优化汽车研发企业人力资源管理的策略。
In recent years, the development of automobile industry in China has made great contribution to the construction of China's social economy. As an important guarantee to ensure the stable development of the automobile industry, the level of human resource management in automobile R & D enterprises has an important influence on the development of the enterprise. Under the influence of service oriented manufacturing strategy, it puts forward higher requirements on human resource management of automobile R & D enterprises. Therefore, this article analyzes the relationship between the human resource management and service oriented manufacturing, and the studies the problems existing in service-oriented manufacturing automobile R & D enterprises, and puts forward some strategies to optimize the human resource management of automobile R & D enterprises.
