我国“分享经济”的监管困境及改革方向

"分享经济"是一种新型经济形式,它具有依托互联网技术,依靠网络信息平台,以交易生活、生产资料的使用权为主,具有以短期租赁代替购买的新型经济形态特点。这使得对"分享经济"的监管与传统经济形式相比有很多不同,传统监管方式难以完全适应"分享经济"的发展要求。应通过建立"分享经济"下的社会征信体系,实施公平严格的市场准入监管,加强对"分享经济"平台垄断的监管防范来保障"分享经济"的健康发展。

"Sharing economy" is a new economic form, it has the new economic characteristics of relying on internet technology and internet information platform, mainly in sharing the use right of life and production materials, and replacing buying by short-term lease. The regulatory of "sharing economic" has many differences with traditional economic, the traditional regulatory can not completely adapt to the development requirements of "sharing economic". We should establish social credit system under the "sharing economic", implement market admittance supervision fairly and strictly, and strengthen the supervision and prevention of "sharing economy" platform monopoly, so as to ensure the healthy development of sharing economy.
