论文基于十九大针对社会保障的新方针政策,结合重庆失地农民现有社会保障制度与安抚失地农民的相关政策,分析重庆针对失地农民现有制度的不足,为重庆失地农民社会保障制度建设提供建议。

In this paper, based on the new policies for social security of 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, combined with the existing social security system of land-lost peasants in Chongqing, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of Chongqing's existing system for land-lost peasants to provide suggestions for the construction of Chongqing social security system for land-lost peasants.
