摘要 论文从林业职业院校对"双师型"教师内涵理解入手,通过对"双师型"教师数量、"双师"受训、社会服务和企业合作情况等现状进行调研,提出林业高职院校培养"双师型"教师的策略,希望能为林业职业教育培养"双师型"教师提供帮助。 Based on the understanding of the connotation of "double-qualified" teachers of forestry vocational college, the paper investigates the present situation of the number of "double qualified" teachers, the training of "double qualified" teachers, the cooperation of social services and enterprise, etc. And then the strategy of cultivating "double-qualified" teachers in higher forestry vocational colleges is put forward. Hoping to provide some help for training "double-qualified" teachers in forestry vocational education.
