摘要
通过对黏土陶粒混凝土试验,根据初始吸水率、吸水率随饱水时间的变化以及压力下的吸水率三个指标确定合适的预湿处理时间和方法,结果表明陶粒混凝土在泵送前和泵送后吸水率差小于4%时,顺利实现陶粒混凝土泵送。
Through the test of clay ceramsite concrete, according to the three aspects of initial water absorption rate, the change of water absorption with the time of water satiety and water absorption under pressureto determine appropriate prehumidification time and method, the results showed that when the water absorption rate of the ceramsite concrete is less than 4% before and after the pump delivery, the ceramsite concrete is successfully pumped into the concrete.
