摘要 为了提高型材多点柔性三维拉弯制件的制造精度,快速精确地确定模具头体调形工艺参数,根据多点模具头体与型材变形形状之间的几何关系,将单元体上多点模具旋转的水平销轴和垂直销轴的交点定义为单元体调形控制点,将水平方向上各调形控制点构成的曲线定义为单元体水平调形线,并深入研究垂直方向上各调形控制点与制件成形曲线的关系,推导出了模具头体调形工艺参数计算公式.该方法简化了调形工艺,且适用性强. In order to increase the manufacturing accuracy of the multi-point flexible three-dimensional stretch-bending forming parts of profiles and to determine die-head adjusting parameters quickly and precisely,the intersection of the horizontal axis and the vertical axis in the die unit is defined as the shape-controlling point during the multipoint die rotation forming process according to the geometric relationship between the die head and the profile forming shape. Meanwhile,the curve composited by the shape controlling points in the horizontal direction is defined as the horizontal shape-adjusting line. Then,the relationship between the shape-controlling points in the vertical direction and the adjusting curve of the forming parts is further investigated,and the calculation formulas of the deformation parameters for the die-head shape-adjusting forming process are derived. This method simplifies the adjusting process,and it is of broad applicability.
