新型海上风电设备运输船舶设计研究

Research on the design of a new type marine wind power equipment transport ship

针对目前海上固定式风机安装周期长、成本高的问题,提出一种配合风电安装平台作业的风机设备运输船。通过对风电装备运输过程中的塔筒竖立运输、叶片叠层运输以及吊装时滑道工装翻桩等研究,表明该船舶可以很好地用于近海固定式风机的安装,在现有运输船舶空间有限的情况下,大大提高了施工效率,降低了海上风机安装成本。

Aiming at the problem of long period and high cost of offshore fixed wind turbine installation,a wind turbine equipment transport ship cooperating with wind power installation platform is proposed.Through the study of erect tower transportation,laminated blade transportation during the transport process of wind power equipment and pile turning during the lifting,it shows that the ship can be used for offshore fixed wind turbine installation,with the limitation of existing transportation ship space,it improves the construction efficiency greatly,reduces the installation cost of offshore wind turbine.
