摘要 就初中体育实施"行政班+选项"教学理论依据与实践效果进行了探讨,指出该教学组织形式与学生的体育兴趣、个性化需要相适应,是落实"体育、艺术2+1"和《义务教育体育与健康课程标准》的要求,是建立从小学到大学相衔接体育教学的需要。"行政班+选项"教学无论是对学生兴趣、态度、社会适应,还是对学生的身体素质、运动技能都有较显著的促进作用,是初中体育教学的应然教学组织形式。 The authors probed into the theoretical basis and practical effect of junior high school physical education “administrative class + option” teaching, pointed out that such a teaching organization form fits student’s sports in-terest and individualized needs, is the requirement for implementing “sport and art 2 + 1” and Compulsory Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard, and the need of establishing from elementary school to university con-nected physical education teaching. The “administrative class+option” teaching organization has a significant effect no matter on student’s interest, attitude and social adaptation, or on student’s physical makings and sports skills, is an ought to be teaching organization form of junior high school physical education teaching.
