摘要 针对柴油商用车日加严格的节能减排要求和目前柴油发动机特性,以某直列4缸电控共轨柴油机为研究对象,在现有的废气涡轮增压基础上,在空气滤清器和原机自带的废气涡轮增压器之间加装电子增压器,并配合可切换进气管路。对发动机进行数值模拟和试验研究,在数值模拟中研究了低速扭矩提升和定速加载潜力,在试验中研究低速扭矩提升、定速加载响应。 According to the increasingly strict requirements on energy conservation and emission reduction for diesel commercialvehicles and the characteristics of current diesel engine, this paper takes in-line 4 cylinder common rail diesel engineas the research object. Based on the existing exhaust turbocharger, an electronic booster was installed between the air cleanerand the exhaust turbocharger and matched with a set of switching-control inlet pipes. The numerical simulation and experimentalstudy of the engine were carried out to study the potential of torque enhancement and constant speed loading andexplore low speed torque increasing and the constant speed loading response respectively.
