摘要
目前,中海油仅在渤海海域油田就配置有ALLIISON 700系列液力自动变速箱40余台,主要用于钻井与修井等平台驱动泥浆泵、绞车等泵类载荷,不能满足海上油田泵类载荷的需要,急需将其扩展为手动挡模式。在研究700型变速箱液力控制系统构造和原理的基础上,提出将ALLIISON 700系列液力自动变速箱改造成手动换挡方式的设计方案,并进行液力控制系统改造设计,通过改造变速箱液力控制阀件的控制模式,实现了手动换挡功能,满足海上油田泵类载荷驱动的需要,对海上油田开发降本增效发挥了显著的作用。
Up to now, CNOOC has more than 40 ALLIISON 700 series hydraulic automatic transmission units only inBohai sea oil field. They are mainly used in drilling and workover platforms to drive mud pump, hoist, etc., which cannotmeet the needs of offshore oil field pump load and therefore urgently need to be extended to manual shift mode. Based on thestudy of the structure and principle of 700 series transmission hydraulic control system, the paper puts forward the transformationof the automatic transmission into the design of manual shift mode and the reformation design of the hydraulic controlsystem. It aims to realize the function of manual shift to meet the needs of offshore oil pump load driver through thetransformation of transmission hydraulic control valve control mode. The reconstruction has played a prominent role in meetingthe needs of load driving for offshore oil field pumps and increasing the efficiency for marine development.
