乘用车换挡提醒装置节能效果评价方法研究

Evaluation Method of Gear Shift Indicator Energy Saving Effects for Passenger Cars

提出基于整车底盘测功机试验的乘用车换挡提醒装置节能效果评价方法。评价方法通过比较基础试验和GSI试验燃料消耗量测试结果差异,结合使用比例系数和持久系数计算得到换挡提醒装置在实际使用中的节能效果值。研究选取典型乘用车车型进行了试验验证,对比了不同车型换挡提醒装置的节能效果值差异并分析原因。研究的开展为客观评估我国乘用车换挡提醒装置节能效果和技术水平以及乘用车第四阶段燃料消耗量标准实施提供了技术支撑。

This research proposed an evaluation method for Gear Shift Indicator（GSI）energy saving effects for passengercars based on vehicle chassis dynamometer.According to the comparison of fuel consumption results between basic and GSItests,the GSI energy saving effect value of actual driving was calculated combined with effectiveness and durability coefficients.Based on test verification of several typical passenger car types,the test results and causes of differences were analyzed.This research provides technical support for objective assessment of GSI energy saving effects and technical level andthe implementation of the 4th stage fuel consumption standard for passenger cars in China.
