埕海地区防气窜固井技术

摘要 水泥浆在凝结过程因失重而造成的气窜问题是影响固井质量的重要因素之一。油井一旦发生气窜,会造成巨大的经济损失,甚至造成重大井控事故。大港油田埕海区块地质情况复杂,温度高,压力大,油、气活跃,固井防气窜难度大。从埕海区块地质特点出发,分析了该区块油层套管气窜的原因,研究总结出一套适合埕海地区的油层套管防气窜综合固井技术,从而提高固井质量。 The gas channelling problem caused by weightlessness is one of the important factors that affect the cementingquality.Oil wells gas channeling can cause huge economic losses,and even cause serious accident of well control.Chenghai area belongs to Dagang oil field,due to its complex geological situation,high temperature,pressure,oil,gas,active anti-gas channelling cementing is difficult.This paper analyzes the reasons of oil layer casingchannelling,and summarizes a set of anti-gas channelling oil layer casing cementing technology suitable for Chenghai area.The practical application is successful and has improved the cementing quality.
