国家战略引领下特色小镇建设发展研究——以甘肃省天水市甘泉特色小镇为例

近年来,特色小镇建设在国内蓬勃兴起,有关研究及规划设计层出不穷,但关于西北欠发达地区特色小镇的规划建设研究相对较少。基于此,选择天水市甘泉特色小城镇为对象,分别就其产业、生态、文化、设施以及体制等进行分析解读,得出的启发是侧重特色资源的开发、把握政府助推的力度以及选择战略培育方式等,为西北欠发达地区特色小镇建设发展模式提供思路。
