基于高铁站区功能影响下的城市空间发展探析

Urban Space Development Under the Influence of High-speed Railway's Function

该文首先对高铁客运站区具有的"节点"和"场所"两种形式的功能内涵进行详细解析,其次从区域层面和高铁站点周边地区层面梳理了基于这两种功能特点影响下的城市空间表现并分析了产生以上空间所需要的必要条件,最终提出了高铁站区引导下的城市空间发展模式。

In this paper we first explain the＂node＂ and ＂place＂ function of high-speedrail station area. Then we analyze the urbanspatial performance under the influence oftwo functions from regional level and thesurrounding areas of high-speed rail station,we also analyze the necessary conditionsfor generating the above performance space.Finally we summarize the urban spacedevelopment model under the guidance ofhigh-speed rail station area.
