基于地域文脉传承的历史街区规划——以宜昌环城南路历史街区旧城改造规划为例

Planning of Historic Block Based on the Regional Cultural Inheritance:A Case Study of the Old City Reconstruction Planning of the Historic Block in Yichang South City Ring Road

梳理历史街区的发展历程可以发现,街区的保护对象已经从单体建筑保护发展到区域性建筑以及周边环境的保护。历史街区的保护与更新已经从简单的控制性保护改变为注重历史街区功能的振兴以及地域文脉的传承。该文以宜昌环城南路历史街区规划项目为例,通过对地域文脉的研究,挖掘城市文化特色,提炼街区地域文脉特征并加以利用,将地域文脉要素融合到街区的保护及更新中,探求适应中小城市历史街区的更新规划方法。

Combing the development history of historical blocks, what can be found is the block protection has evolved from the single building protection to regional buildings and the surrounding environment. The protection and renewal of the historic block has changed from the simple control protection to the revitalization of the function of the historical block and the inheritance of the regional cultural. Taking Yichang South City Ring Road historic block planning as an example, through the research on the regional cultural, we excavate city cultural characteristics, extract local culture characteristics and make use of the regional cultural elements into the protection and renewal of the block, so as to explore the renewal planning method for adapting the historic block of small and medium-sized cities.
