Planning and Development of Central Lujiazui High-rise Buildings Based on the Statistical Analysis

城市的集约化趋向决定了高层建筑出现以及发展的必然性,高层建筑群的出现是当代城市中心区今后发展中的必然现象。上海陆家嘴中心区是上海乃至全球范围内高层建筑群建设及发展的典型代表。该文以陆家嘴中心区高层建筑群为切入点,梳理其开发建设过程、规划及发展历程;并从数据统计的角度出发,对建设的相关信息进行归纳、汇总,并将其图表化,更为直观地量化了高层建筑群规划发展的历程和现状,以及为后续研究提供基础性资料和数据成果。

The trend of intensive urban development determines the necessity of the emergence and development of high-rise buildings, which is an inevitable phenomenon in the future of the urban central area. The Centural Lujiazui in Shanghai is one of the most typical case around the world. Focused on the high-rise buildings in Central Lujiazui, we describe the process of its planning and development. From the perspective of statistical analysis, relevant information of high-rises in Central Lujiazui are gathered, summarized and diagrammed, in order to clarify the planning and development process, moreover, to provide fundamental data for further studies.
