“纯净”聚合物有序薄膜的制备及影响因素研究

摘要 利用微乳液滴模板法,以乙醇作为"溶剂表面活性剂",制备得到有序的单一组分的聚合物多孔膜。适量乙醇的加入可以提高多孔膜的有序性,而且乙醇的加入量会影响多孔膜中孔洞的大小;随着溶液的浇筑量增大,多孔膜中孔洞的大小逐渐增大,当其他条件不变的前提下,选择合适的浇筑量可以得到有序的多孔结构。以乙醇作为"溶剂表面活性剂",不但能提高多孔膜的有序性,简化样品的制备过程,而且可以避免其他物质的引入,制备得到"纯净的"聚合物薄膜。 In this paper,highly ordered porous polystyrene films were prepared through the microemulsion method in which using ethanol as the solvent surfactant.It can be confirmed that the addition of ethanol can improve the order of the porous film,and the size of pores in the film can be affected by the content of ethanol in the microemulsion.Meanwhile,the size of pores was larger with the increase of casting volume,and ordered porous film can be prepared through choosing the proper casting volume.Using ethanol as the solvent surfactant can not only simplifies the preparation process,but also avoids the introduction of other substances,thus pure polymer film can be prepared.
