多异氰酸酯内交联对水性聚氨酯性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 以聚氧化丙烯二醇(N220)、聚己二酸1,2丙二醇(PPA)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,HDI三聚体为内交联剂,合成了水性聚氨酯乳液。研究了在R值为1.3的情况下不同HDI三聚体含量对乳液状态及胶膜的吸水率、硬度、耐干/湿等综合性能的影响。结果表明,当n(IPDI)∶n(HDI)三聚体,为0.90∶0.10时,胶膜的硬度最低,综合性能最好。 Waterborne polyurethane(WPU)was synthesized by using poly propylene glycol(N220),poly(1,2-propylene glycol adipate)(PPA),and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)as raw materials,dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA)as hydrophilic chain extender,and HDI trimer as inter-crosslinker.When the R value was set as 1.3,the effects of the content of HDI trimer on emulsion state and water resistance,hardness,dry/wet rubbing fastness as well as other film properties were studied.The results shown that when the molar ratio of IPDI to HDI trimer was 0.90∶0.10,the hardness of film was the lowest and the comprehensive properties of WPU reached the best.
