摘要
采用聚乳酸和太原西山煤矸石为原料,通过溶液插层法制备了聚乳酸/煤矸石插层复合材料。考察了温度、时间和煤矸石的量对插层效果的影响,确定了适宜的聚乳酸/煤矸石插层复合材料的制备工艺。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热重分析仪(TGA)等分析测试手段对复合材料结构和性能进行表征和测试。结果表明,聚乳酸插入煤矸石中,能使聚乳酸的热学性能得到改善,分解温度从原来的300℃~310℃提升为320℃~330℃。
Intercalation composites of polyactic acid and coal gangue were prepared by solution intercalation,and coal gangue from Taiyuan Xishan and polyactic acid.The effect of the time,temperature and the amount of coal gangue on the intercalation were investigated,the optimum preparation process of the intercalationcomposite of polyactic acid and coal gangue was determined.The structure and thermal properties of the intercalation composites were respectively characterized by XRD,and TGA.The results showed that polyactic acid was intercalated into the coal gangue,the thermal properties were both improved,and decomposition temperature was increased from 300 ℃~310 ℃to 320 ℃~330 ℃.
