摘要
综述了近些年来国内外苯与甲醇烷基化技术的研究进展,包括苯与甲醇烷基化反应机理、催化剂选择及改性和现有的工艺技术。通过分析反应物的转化率及产物的选择性,研究了不同分子筛催化剂的特点,探讨了ZSM-5分子筛的金属/非金属及氧化物改性、酸/碱处理改性以及复合改性方法。
Recent progress in alkylation of benzene with methanol at home and abroad was reviewed,including alkylation reaction mechanism,catalyst selection and modification,and existing industry technologies.The catalytic performances of different molecular sieve catalysts were studied through the analysis of the reactant conversion and the selectivity of the products.Modification methods of ZSM-5 molecular sieve with metal/nonmetal and their oxide complexes,acid/alkali treatment and composite modification were intensively discussed.
