浅谈磨煤机磨辊套及磨盘衬板的改进

就目前来看,磨煤机磨辊套及磨盘衬板的损耗过大,导致磨煤机运行的安全经济性遭到了降低。基于这种认识,本文对磨煤机的设备情况和工作情况进行了分析,并对磨辊套及磨盘衬板损坏问题展开了探讨,从而提出了部件的改进措施。而通过对磨辊套和磨盘衬板的材质和结构进行改进,磨煤机的安全经济性最终得到有效提高。

At present,the loss of roller sleeve and grinding plate lining board is too large,which reduces safety and economy of coal mill operation.Based on this understanding,this paper analyzes the equipment and working conditions of coal mill,discusses the damage of roll sleeve and the grinding plate lining board,and puts forward the improvement measures of the parts.Through the improvement of the material and structure of the roller sleeve and the grinding plate lining board,the safety and economy of coal mill can be effectively improved.
