钢铁联合企业大气污染控制技术探讨

Discussion on air pollution control technology in iron and steel enterprises

国家发布火电、钢铁、炼焦行业污染物排放新标准的同时增设了特别排放限值,并已要求位于重点控制区的火电、钢铁等行业执行大气污染物特别排放限值。通过标准对比分析,并以太钢不锈钢股份有限公司各工序目前应用的技术为参照进行分析,探索基于特别排放限值的大气污染控制可行性,为推进钢铁联合企业全流程控污减排提供借鉴。

The national pollutant emission standards for thermal power industry,iron and steel industry,coking industry and special emission limits require the implementation of air pollutant special emission limits in key control area of thermal power,iron and steel industry.Through comparative analysis,referring to the technology currently used in Taiyuan Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd for analysis,this paper explores the feasibility of air pollution control based on special emission limits to promote the whole process of pollution control and emission reduction of iron and steel enterprises for reference.
