矿山生态工程和绿色矿山建设的认识与实践——以冀中能源东庞矿为例

The Understanding and Practice of Mine Ecological Engineering and Green Mine Construction——An Example from Dongpang Mine of Jizhong Energy Group

全面实施生态工程,是建设绿色矿山的要求,也是矿山企业必须履行的社会责任。矿山生态工程是复杂的系统工程,既具有生态工程的基本特征,也具有矿业行业特点。实施矿山生态工程,能够降低矿产开发利用对生态环境的负面影响,也有利于促进企业转型升级。东庞矿作为国家级绿色矿山建设试点单位,在树立生态理念、建设绿色矿山等方面所采取的有效措施及取得的经验,具有一定的示范作用。

Fully implementing ecological engineering is both the requirement of green mine construction and the social responsibility that mining companies should take. Mine ecological engineering is a complex systematic engineering. It has common characteristics of ecological engineering and features of mining industry. Carrying out mine ecological engineering could reduce negative effect of mining developing and use to ecological environment. It also could propel mining companies transforming and upgrading. Dongpang Mine, as a pilot of national green mine construction, has set examples in taking measures and gaining experiences of establishing ecological philosophy, constructing green mine.
