摘要
从地勘单位人力资源管理现状出发,分析地勘单位建立现代人力资源管理模式的方向、目标,并对现行人力资源管理中存在的问题进行剖析,在此基础上提出推动地勘单位可持续健康发展的建议:(1)建立现代的人力资源管理模式;(2)建立更加完善有效的薪酬制度;(3)加强人力资源开发 与员工培训力度;(4)建立优良的企业文化体系。
The thesis analyzes the developing direction and targets of modern human resource management model in geological prospecting institutions and points out existing problems. Based on these analyses, it gives following suggestions for the sustainable and healthy development of geological prospecting institutions, they are:(1) establishing modern human resource management model;(2) setting up more completed and more efficient compensation system;(3)strengthening human resource developing and employee training;(4) establishing fine system of corporate culture.
