广西农作物秸秆基料化生产食用菌现状及对策研究

A Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasure of the Production of Edible Fungi from the Base Material of Crop Stalk in Guangxi

【目的】探讨广西农作物秸秆基料化生产食用菌现状,为促进秸秆研发和提高利用率提供参考依据。【方法】通过查阅文献、实地调研、总结工作等方法调查和收集数据,分析秸秆基料化生产食用菌发展前景和产业效益,并针对工作中存在问题提出对策建议。【结论】近几年,广西通过实施食用菌生产本地原料化工程,推进了秸秆基料化利用工作,技术不断成熟,利用率逐年增加,产业发展成效良好,秸秆应用前景广阔。存在的主要问题是秸秆利用占比小、专业回收和加工本土秸秆的主体数量少、原料供应不稳定、农机研发空白多、科技支撑力度弱、财政扶持不够强。【建议】加大政策支持,加强部门协作,强化科技支撑,建设示范基地,加强技术培训,助力扶贫带动,加强宣传发动。

【Objective】It aims to provide the basis for enhancing the development and utilization of crop stalk by probing the current situation of the production of edible fungi from the base material of crop stalk in Guangxi.【Method】Analysis is performed on the development prospect and industrial benefits of the production of edible fungi from the base material of crop stalk,based on the data through documents consults,field research and summary. The countermeasure is also proposed for existing problems at work.【Conclusion】In recent years,Guangxi promotes the utilization of the base material of crop stalk by implementing the program of local and raw material engineering of edible fungi production. With the techniques gradually becoming mature,the utilization ratio increases annually and the industry develops in great efficiency.Therefore,the prospect of utilizing the crop stalk is promising.The mainly existing problems are the low proportion of crop stalk utilization,small number of professional factories recycling and processing local crop stalk,instable raw material supply,little research and development of agricultural machines,and weak scientific and government support.【Suggestion】Therefore,the following actions should be taken: strengthen the support in terms of government and science,enhance department cooperation,develop demonstration base and technological training,as well as promote poverty alleviation and publicity.
