Discussion on the Development of Selenium-enriched Agricultural Products in Different Soils

【目的】调查掌握当前富硒农产品开发现状,为寻找农艺技术措施,有针对性地因土开发生产富硒农产品,提高农产品自然富硒率,促进其产业发展提供参考依据。【方法】通过文献及资料收集、实地调查及其取样化验和资料分析,富硒农产品开发现状;针对广西富硒农产品开发现状和存在问题,提出相应的对策建议。【结果】广西是的我国少有的富硒土壤地区,具有生产富硒农产品优势条件;经多年探索,初步形成多个富硒农产品牌,但同时存在土壤硒资源基础信息不够详细、有机质含量总体不高、影响土壤硒有效性的元素含量偏高、土壤酸性面积大、土壤硒资源保护尚未引起重视、防控有害元素对农产品品质的影响相关技术滞后、根外补硒技术有待完善提高等问题。【建议】加快土壤硒资源基础信息建设,积极探索硒资源有效利用模式,强化土壤硒资源保护意识,补上防控有害元素对农产品品质影响的短板和做好相关标准的制定。

【Objective】Investigate and grasp the current development status of selenium-enriched agricultural products,searching for agronomy technical measures,targeted at local development and production of selenium-enriched agricultural products in different soils,improving natural selenium accumulation rate of agricultural products,and provide reference for promoting its industry development.【Method】Through literature and data collection,field investigation,sampling and analysis,and data analysis,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development status and existing problems of selenium-enriched agricultural products in Guangxi.【Result】Guangxi is our country' s rare selenium rich soil area,has the advantages of selenium-enriched agricultural products,initially formed a number of selenium-enriched agricultural products brands after years of exploration. But there are soil selenium resource base information is not detailed,the overall content of organic matter is not high,the content of elements affecting soil selenium effectiveness was high,large areas of acid soil,soil selenium resources conservation has not been paid attention,the related technology of preventing and controlling harmful elements on agricultural products' quality lags behind,the technique of selenium supplementation from root external needs to be improved,and so on questions.【Suggestion】Accelerating the construction of basic information of soil selenium resources,actively explore for the effective utilization model of selenium resources,strengthen the protection consciousness of soil selenium resources,perfected the short board of preventing and controlling harmful elements on agricultural products' quality,and drafted relevant standards.
