摘要
随着工业技术的发展,基于视觉传感器的焊缝跟踪得到了广泛应用和快速发展。实现焊缝跟踪,其中最关键的步骤是要实现焊缝的自动识别。基于视觉传感的焊缝识别需要用到图像处理技术,图像处理的复杂性、多样性等特点促使对焊缝的识别成为研究热点。视觉传感器得到的是一段包含焊缝轮廓信息的条纹图像,文中主要针对的是激光条纹中心线及焊缝坡口特征点提取的研究现状进行了论述。
With the development of industrial technology , weld tracking based on visual sensor has been widelyused and developed rapidly. The most important step of the weld tracking is to of the weld. Image processing technology needs to be used in the seam recognition based on visual sensing. Thecomplexity and diversity of image processing make the seam recognition become a hot spot. Visual sensor obtains a streak image which contains information of weld outline. The research status of the extraction of the center line of laser stripe and the feature point of weld groove is mainly discussed in this paper.
