细胞自噬及其与肿瘤发生关系的研究进展

Research Progress of Autophagy and Relationship of Autophagy with Tumorigenesis

自噬在肿瘤的发生以及发展中的作用已成为近些年生物医学界研究的热点,自噬对肿瘤的发生和发展起到抑制和促进的双重作用。药物可以通过诱导肿瘤细胞发生自噬使其死亡,但在某些情况下自噬也能起到保护作用,减少化疗药物对细胞的杀灭作用,降低药物疗效甚至导致肿瘤细胞产生耐药性,还能决定某些肿瘤的发展方向,所以通过激活或抑制自噬的手段可达到对肿瘤的治疗效果。调控自噬发挥的作用可能成为治疗肿瘤的新靶点。

The role of autophagy in cancer has become a hot research topic in recent years.It has been found that autophagy plays a dual role（inhibition and promotion）in tumorigenesis and treatment.Drugs can induce autophagic death in cancer cells.But in some cases,autophagy also plays a protective role,because autophagy can reduce damage in cells induced by drugs,cut down the curative effect and even develop the drug resistance of tumor cell.Autophagy can determine the direction of development of certain tumors,so the effect of tumor treatment can be achieved by activating or inhibiting autophagy.Regulation of autophagy may be a new target for the therapy of tumor.
