摘要 对我国高速铁路出现的典型钢轨早期伤损进行现场跟踪及总结分析,对伤损原因进行讨论,并提出相应的维修措施。结果表明:钢轨擦伤、波磨、异物压入轨面、锈蚀、母材缺陷产生的重伤以及小半径曲线侧磨是我国高速铁路主要的早期伤损形式;伤损原因包括开通运营前的工程作业、高速运营中的问题、母材缺陷等。针对伤损及原因,提出大机打磨、合理使用钢轨、提高钢轨质量稳定性等建议措施。 The field tracking and summary analysis of the typical early damage of rail in high speed railway in China were carried out,the damage causes were discussed,and the corresponding maintenance measures were put forward.The results show that rail abrasion, corrugation, surface damages by foreign body pressing, corrosion, severe damage caused by defect in rail base material and the side wear on sharp curve are main rail damage forms in high speed railway in China. Damage causes include engineering works before operation,accidents in high speed operation,defects in rail base material,and so on. Suggestions including grinding by heavy-duty machinery,rail selection and promotion of rail quality stability are given.
