摘要
以水葫芦幼苗为研究对象,设计了5个浓度梯度(0.5 mg/L、1.0 mg/L、2.0 mg/L、2.5mg/L和3.0mg/L),以水葫芦种子为研究对象,设计了5个浓度梯度(5μg/L、10μg/L、15μg/L、20μg/L和25μg/L),考察了不同浓度飞机草水提取物对幼苗生长以及种子发芽的影响.证实飞机草提取物对于水葫芦幼苗生长和种子发芽具有双重化感效应.在低浓度时观察到明显的生长刺激效应;在高浓度时观察到强的生长抑制效应.抑制效应开始于临界浓度,对于水葫芦幼苗和种子分别约为2.0 mg/L和15μg/L.
Effects of Chromolaena odorata aqueous extract were evaluated at various concentrations,that is 0.5 mg/L,1.0 mg/L,2.0 mg/L,2.5 mg/L and 3.0 mg/L for Eichhornia crassipes seedling growth and 5μg/L,10μg/L,15μg/L,20μg/L and 25μg/L for Eichhornia crassipes seed germination.Dual allelopathy of extract was verified on seedling growth and seed germination.Apparent stimulatory effect was observed at low extract concentrations;However,the strong inhibitory effect was recorded at high concentrations.Evidence of inhibitory effects initiated at the critical concentration of extract(about 2.0 mg/L for Eichhornia crassipes seedlings and 15μg/L for seeds).
