摘要 基于主成分和聚类分析对泡排气井进行分类并提出各类气井对泡排剂性能的要求,以便为现场泡排剂选型提供参考。首先在影响泡排作业效果的因素中提取主成分,然后以主成分得分为对象采用离差平方和法(Ward法)进行系统聚类,最后根据各类气井特征推荐泡排剂类型。结果表明:在影响泡排作业效果的11个因素中提取了可反映原变量81.042%信息的4个主成分。在类间距离D=7.5时,将泡排气井分为5类。根据各类气井的井底积液性质和生产状况分别推荐了适用的泡排剂类型。 Based on the principal component analysis and cluster analysis,foam drainage gas production wells are clsssified,and the requirements of various gas wells to the performance of foam drainage agent are put forward,so as to provide reference for the selection of foam drainage agents in field. Firstly principal components are extracted from the factors of affecting the effect of foam drainage operation,then taking the scores of the principal components as the object,cluster analysis is carried out using Ward method( Ward method),and finally the suitable types of foam drainage agent are recommended for various kinds of gas well according to the characteristics of all kinds of gas well. It is shown that 4 principal compents can be extracted from 11 factors of affecting the effect of foam drainage operation,which can reflect 81. 042% information of original variables. When the distance between classes D is equal to 7. 5,the foam drainage gas wells are divided into 5 categories. The suitable types of foam drainage agent are recommended respectively for the five kinds of gas wells according to the bottom hole fluid property and production condition of various kinds of gas wells.
