摘要
建立压力溶气微气泡生成实验平台,在不同的压力条件下采用多种结构的释放器进行溶气水释气实验,分析释放器结构和工艺条件等因素对微气泡生成特性的影响。研究结果表明,在其他条件相同时微气泡生成直径与释气角间呈单增关系,当释气角大于60°时生成气泡直径增速变缓;微气泡生成直径则随着压力的升高呈递减趋势,当释气压力达到0.5 MPa时,不同结构释放器生成的气泡直径差异很小。在实验研究范围内,选用释气角为60°的释放器在0.4 MPa的释气压力下能够得到较小的气泡,从而提高气泡质量、改善气浮效果。
Experimental platform for generating micro-bubble by pressurizing dissolving gas was built. A series of gas-releasing experiments of dissolved gas water under different gas-releasing pressure were carried out using different structural gas releasers,and the influences of releaser structure and operational condition on the micro-bubble generating performance of dissolved gas water were analyzed.It is found that,the diameter of the micro-bubbles increases with the increase of the gas release angle under the same of other conditions,and after the gas release angle is greater than 60°,the increase rate of the bubble diameter becomes slower; the diameter of the micro-bubbles decreases with the increase of gas releasing pressure,and when the gas release pressure is up to 0. 5 MPa,the difference in the diameter of bubbles generated by different structural releasers is very small. In the range of experimental research,the gas releaser with the gas release angle of 60° can generate small bubbles under the gas release pressure of 0. 4 MPa,and it can improve the quality of bubbles and the phenomenon of gas floatation.
