摘要 针对重庆某发动机生产制造企业对发动机曲轴箱孔系加工精度及生产节拍要求,开发设计了一台工艺、结构、布局及性能等都针对曲轴箱加工的专用机床。对工件加工技术要求及难点进行分析后得出加工难点:工件材料软,待加工孔不同面且加工精度较高,从而导致工件加工合格率及生产效率低。为解决此问题,拟定了全新的工艺方案,并确定了各项工艺参数,同时,对专用夹具工作原理进行了介绍。通过实际上线生产,工艺及装备均满足企业对加工精度及生产节拍的需求。 Aiming at Chongqing' s some engine manufacture enterprise' demand towards the engine crankcase's hole series' manufacture accuracy and takt time,a special manufacture machine tool is developed and designed,whose craft,structure,layout,and function are intended for the manufacture of the crankcase.After analyzing the demand and problem of the manufacture of the workpiece,we knowthat soft workpiece material,different holes to be machined and high matching accuracy lead to the the lowqualification rate of workpiece machining production efficiency. To solve this problem,the craft scheme was developed and the various craft parameters were determined At the same time,the working principle of the special fixture was introduced Through,online manufacture in practice,both the craft and facilities meet the enterprise' s demand of production accuracy and takt time.
