摘要
电控单体泵中包含复杂的燃油喷射系统,内部的柱塞孔工作条件恶劣、精度要求高,因此采用珩磨是一种行之有效的加工方法;且珩磨过程中选用装夹方式的优劣直接影响到工件的加工效率和工作性能,优化装夹方案就显得尤为重要。文章基于Abaqus软件,建立了单颗粒珩磨的模型;对单体泵柱塞孔珩磨过程中的装夹方式进行了对比仿真实验;优选了变形及应力状况较好的装夹方案。文中的研究对机械精密加工领域有重要的参考价值。
The electronic single pump contains a complex fuel injection system. The plunger hole inside has poor working conditions and high precision requirements. Therefore,using honing technology is an effective method; And in honing process,the clamping mode' s selection directly affected processing efficiency and work performance. The optimization of clamping mode is very important. In this paper,based on Abaqus software,established the model of single particle honing; Compared the simulation experiment of clamping modes by monomer pump plunger hole honing process; Preferred a better deformation and stress state clamping scheme. The research of this paper has important reference value in the flield of mechanical precision machining.
