摘要
针对个性化定制产品,从客户需求出发,建立了产品级相似实例组提取模型;构建了需求参数化映射模型,将需求参数作为求解相似实例的约束,解决需求表达从客户描述空间到参数化空间的转换。以历史实例库为样本源,提出了一种先基于余弦聚类分组生成初始解,后对初始解各成员进行基于加权模糊距离的相似度计算方法,在此基础上得到与新定制产品需求最为相似的实例组。基于桥式起重机产品配置设计系统,对所得到的相似实例组进行了实验验证。实验结果表明该方法能对个性化定制产品多样化的客户需求实现参数化表达,有效的提高了产品配置设计成功率,改善了产品满意度。
For customization product,a model of product similar instance acquisition was established driven by customer requirements. Parametric mapping model was proposed to realize the requirements express transformation form customer fuzzy description space to the parameters space,and these parameters were used as constraint conditions to find similar instances. Historical cases were firstly grouped by clustering analysis,and similarity degree between the historical case and the neworder product was calculated. Experiments were carried out on bridge crane configuration. The results showthat the method can realize the parametric expression of diversified customer requirements and improve the success rate of product configuration and the product fitness.
