实验室安全管理模式的研究与实践

Research and practice of laboratory safety management model

实验室安全管理是高校"双一流"建设的重要课题。在调研国外高校和企业实验室安全管理体系的基础上,提出了包含人(组织体系)、法(制度规范)、防(专业防护)、保(环境保护)、育(教育培训)、查(安全检查)等6个要素组成的实验室安全管理模式,介绍了清华大学实验室安全管理基于六要素模式的探索实践。

Laboratory safety management is an important subject of"Double first-class"(first-class universities and first-class disciplines)construction in colleges and universities.Based on the investigation and research of the laboratory safety management system in foreign universities and enterprises,the laboratory safety management model including the following six elements:human(organization system),law(system standard),prevention(professional prevention),protection(environmental protection),education(education and training)and check(safety check)is put forward,and the exploration and practice of the laboratory safety management of Tsinghua University based on the six-element model are introduced.
